1. Introduction
Welcome to Flywithkids (“we”, “us”, “our”), a trade name operated by MCKVCH OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia (registry code 17376212).
Flywithkids operates as a travel agent and intermediary, providing travel planning, advisory, and booking assistance services in accordance with Estonian and European Union legislation.
By using our website or services, or by requesting or booking travel services through us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Role
Flywithkids acts as a travel agent and intermediary between the customer and third-party travel service providers, including but not limited to:

• airlines
• hotels and other accommodation providers
• tour and activity providers
• transportation companies
• insurance providers

We do not own, operate, or control any travel services provided by third parties.
Our role is limited to travel consultation, booking assistance, coordination, and communication on behalf of our clients.
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1. When travel services are booked through Flywithkids, the customer enters into separate contractual agreementsdirectly with each respective third-party provider.
3.2. Prices, availability, conditions, and service delivery are determined solely by third-party providers.
Flywithkids does not set or control final travel service prices.
3.3. Payments may be:

• made directly by the customer to third-party providers, or
• processed by Flywithkids on behalf of providers, where applicable.

3.4. Flywithkids may charge a service or consultation fee for travel planning and advisory services.
Any such fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to confirmation or booking.
4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
4.1. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.
4.2. Flywithkids is not responsible for:

• cancellation or change penalties
• non-refundable rates
• refund processing times
• provider-specific restrictions

4.3. We will provide reasonable assistance in communication with providers; however, final decisions remain outside our control.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all travelers possess valid and correct travel documentation, including but not limited to:

• passports
• visas
• health certificates
• vaccination requirements

Flywithkids is not responsible for denied boarding, refusal of entry, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• medical expenses
• trip cancellation or interruption
• baggage loss or delay
• travel disruption

Flywithkids does not provide insurance coverage directly and is not liable for losses resulting from lack of insurance.
7. Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, Flywithkids and MCKVCH OÜ shall not be liable for:

• personal injury, illness, or death
• loss or damage to property
• delays, cancellations, or service disruptions
• errors in schedules, pricing, or availability
• insolvency or bankruptcy of third-party providers
• events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure

7.2. Our liability is strictly limited to the services we directly provide and does not extend to the performance or non-performance of third-party travel service providers.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information at the time of communication.
However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of:

• availability
• schedules
• pricing
• entry or travel requirements

Customers are encouraged to verify critical information directly with service providers and official authorities.
9. Protection of Customer Payments
Protection of customer payments applies only in cases where Flywithkids is legally considered an organizer or retailer of a package travel arrangement, as defined by applicable Estonian and EU legislation.
Where legally required, such protection may be provided through a statutory travel guarantee or insurance coverage.
Proof of applicable protection can be provided upon request.
10. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with:

• the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Estonian data protection law

Personal data is collected solely for travel planning, booking, and communication purposes and is shared only with relevant third-party providers when necessary.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer protection law.
12. Changes to These Terms
Flywithkids reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
